Starship II (Ft. Huachuca, AZ) - Test Monitoring, Command & Control Software Suite for the US Army

FCS Starship (Ft. Huachuca) - Instrumentation and Monitoring Tools specific to the US Army Future Combat Systems Program

US Army (Alexandria, VA) - Data Modeling and Architecture Development Consulting Services 

InterTEC (Pt. Mugu, CA) - CTEIP funded program to advance Test & Training Enabling Architecture (TENA)

Naval Air Systems Command (Patuxent River, MD) - Designed and developed an ORACLE relational database containing threat parametric data for use by US military  

Commercial

TeleSpectrum WorldWide, Inc. (Linthicum, MD) – provided systems engineering, development, operations, documentation, and maintenance support on-site. Y2K conversions.

State of Maryland Department of General Services (Baltimore, MD) – designed, developed, and maintained a construction bid analysis and database system that allows State architects to prepare and distribute automated construction bid lists to contractors for bid proposal submission. State analysts use the software to perform analyses and generate reports that facilitate contract negotiations and post-contract award management.

Tran Source, Inc. (Glen Burnie, MD) – developed and maintained an electronic commerce transportation coordination web site.

Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Pension Fund (Crofton, MD) - developed comprehensive pension administration system which included:   contributions entry, accounting and display; delinquency administration; pension processing; automatic correspondence; and actuarial batch processing
